About Me

I am an attorney in private practice and I manage a small boutique firm concentrating on Mediation. My practice also represents clients in Personal Injury and Employment Law matters. I have achieved a reputation for building productive relationships with my clients and negotiating skillfully on their behalf. I set high expectations for myself to obtain the best results possible in every case regardless of the obstacles. Diligent preparation, early recognition of my client’s key concerns, and the ability to think "outside the box" are my guiding principles.
I have represented clients in over 30 counties ranging from San Diego to Eureka in jury trials, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative hearings. I have also practiced extensively in Federal Court and I am licensed to practice law in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court (Northern, Central, and Southern District).
