Attorney Mediation Fees

We offer flexible fee options to accommodate the needs of your mediation:
 

•  Half-Day Mediation: $1800

        Duration: Up to 4 hours

• Full-Day Mediation: $3500
  Duration: Up to 9 hours

​

• Retainer Fee: $400
  A non-refundable retainer is required to hold your mediation date, payable 30 days before
  mediation. This retainer will be credited toward the total mediation fee.
   

Additional Costs:

Please note that additional costs may apply in certain circumstances, such as:​

• Research required beyond standard preparation for the mediation.

• Travel expenses, if the mediation is held outside of the Bay Area.
