I am an attorney in private practice and I manage  a small boutique firm concentrating on Mediation. My practice also represents clients in Personal Injury and Employment Law matters. I have represented clients in over 30 counties ranging from San Diego to Eureka in jury trials, mediations, arbitrations, and administrative hearings.  I have also practiced extensively in Federal Court and I am licensed to practice law in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court (Northern, Central, and Southern District).
